ACCORDING TO A new report, most Irish emigrants abroad are planning on coming home at some stage.

This is great news, right?  We all miss our friends and loved ones who’ve moved abroad.

However, it’s not all sunshine and lollipops, is it?  Let’s be real about this, our emigrant friends can say some really annoying things.

Here are 15 of them (imagine them said in whatever accent has been adopted by your favourite emigrants).

Would you not think about moving?

People here, you know, they *do* more things. It’s not just about going out and getting drunk.

There’s just so little choice here when it comes to food, I can get anything I want in [insert location here].

Oh am I brown?  God I hadn’t even noticed, it’s so sunny all the time here.

The money is just so good here, it wouldn’t make sense to come home.

People in Ireland just have no fashion sense.

Do you not get bored at home?

Sure there’s so many Irish here it’s practically like being at home.

You should totally move here.

Oh that’s WAAAAAY cheaper here.

Is it as bad as people say?

People in Ireland just aren’t that good looking, are they?

Oh it’s raining, is it?

It’s just so weird having Christmas dinner on the beach.
