The Edge did the decent thing and showed up with his wife, but there was no sign of the lead singer or Larry Mullen. Hope nobody is miffed. When my aunt didn’t show at my other cousin’s wedding there was absolute murder afterwards.
#OH MILEY:Miley Cyrus has gone and used the C-word on Twitter. And then had a big old laugh about it.

In fairness if we were Miley Cyrus we’d be fairly miffed about the international mockery explosion over her VMAs performance. There are even probably-dubious reports that her fiancé Liam Hemsworth has got cold feet over the whole thing. To which we say: if that’s what it takes, he must be a bit of an eejit. (Perez)
#IRONY: In possibly the day’s most deliciously ironic development, Hayden Panettiere is having her ‘no regrets’ tattoo removed.
The tattoo actually says “live without regrets” in Italian (“Vivere senza rimpianti”). Thing is, it’s misspelled – it actually says “rimipianti” instead of “rimpianti”. Guess she regretted it.
