Adidas perfectly shut down homophobic comments on their Instagram yesterday
YESTERDAY WAS VALENTINE’S Day.
To mark it, Adidas decided to share the following image on their official Instagram account.
As you can see, the image features two women. The caption? “The love you take is equal to the love you make.”
D’aw.
While many praised the sportswear brand for honouring and celebrating LGBT love, they were also on the receiving end of some homophobic comments.
Instead of leaving them lie, however, Adidas responded and made clear that they couldn’t care less.
They sent smooches to the haters.
And they educated them on who and what Valentine’s Day is for.
Well played, Adidas.
