This updated book cover is giving people a lot of feelings
JUDY BLIME’S CLASSIC young adult novel Are You There God It’s Me Margaret was first published in 1970, and looked something like this:
The book, a number one bestseller deals with the issues of religion, puberty (notably bras and periods), attraction and friendship.
It’s still a big seller today and obviously the cover art has moved with the times.
This latest incarnation of the paperback version of AYTGIMM features this image.
It’s so up to date it’s almost too much.
