DailyEdge praises those who rocked the week in celebland, while keeping a watchful eye on those who should just log off forever.
Losers
Amy Schumer Amy, we get it. You’re outrageous. But you’re firmly in the loser category this week thanks to your shocker of an interview on Ellen.
Your husband gives great head? The weirdest place you’ve ever had sex was your butt? Your partner’s penis is your favourite part of him? All, good for you. She’s making the loser list though, because her mam was in the audience for all of it.
Just no. Gemma Collins Gemma Collins was accused of photoshopping pictures on her fashion website this week. Her body in a photoshoot to promote her clothing range appears to be another model’s, with Gemma’s head photoshopped on.
The evidence is all there, and a spokesperson for TOWIE told MailOnline:
The images were used in good faith by Gemma. An external firm assured her that they owned the copyright and had commissioned the shoots.
Other annonymous sources hiding in the dark told the Mail that Gemma was so busy lately and didn’t have time to do the shoot so chose a model with a similar body. The model herself, is said to be ‘furious’. Not a good look here, Collins.
Winners
Pippa O’Connor Pippa O’Connor finally got to move back into her renovated gaff this week. WELL FOR SOME. Pippa and her husband Brian Ormond have been refurbishing their Kildare home over the last few months, and finally celebrated their first night there.
Me? Jealous? UNLIKELY.
Ariana Grande
Ariana made her long anticipated return to our ears this week. On Friday, Ariana dropped her first single since the Manchester attacks last May. People loved it, so she can rest easy. Bring on the album, eh? She even gave a subtle nod to Manchester in the music video, with a bee seen in frame during the last shot. In Manchester, the worker bee has been a symbol of the city since the Victorian era. The emblem became a symbol of tribute to the victims of the attacks. Niall Horan
Nialler is a winner in our books every week, but this one we’re giving him kudos for speaking out about his life with OCD. The boybander has long been honest about suffering with obsessive compulsive disorder, but he told German magazine Zeit Leo this week that it can affect his live performances. He said it used to bother him, but now he’s lucky to have “enough people around me who understand me”. Bless.
