Arnold Schwarzenegger won the internet by reaching out to a struggling gym member

And it was beautiful.

AS WE ALL know on top of being an actor, politician and charity man Arnold Schwarzenegger was also a pretty decent weight lifter.

It’s this experience in the gym that made him reach out to one guy on Reddit who was having a pretty tough time of it.

Last week, Reddit user GnashBrowns posted to the site saying he was completely demoralised and he felt like he couldn’t face going to the gym by himself. Somebody tagged Arnie’s sporadically-used account, calling for some motivation

“If there was ever a time for you to show up and give a few words to an individual in need, now would be it.”

And he delivered. Oh, how he delivered

GnashBrowns got back to him right away, saying he was in shock but so thankful for the words of encouragement
