YOU MIGHT REMEMBER a moment on Channel 4′s First Fates from a couple of weeks back – just because it’s seared into the consciousness of everyone who watched it.

Greig was paired with John for the night, but just as dinner was about to come out John landed a bombshell on him:

He just came out with it:

It sounds really bad but… I don’t find you attractive

WELL.

But, in true First Dates style, they brought Greig back for a second chance – and he met Shaun last night

Things were going much better at dinner this time - Greig even got to stay for his main course.

A cutaway interview showed us that Greig was hopeful this one would work out:

“Hopefully he thinks it would be nice to have a second date… or a third, or a fourth”

They arrived into the room together at the end, and hopes were high Greig wouldn’t have his heart broken again

But there was no need to be nervous – as it was two unanimous yeses straight away

This was the polar opposite to his first experience on the show

And it got even better, as Channel 4 revealed at the end:

“After two months of dating, Greig and Shaun are now in a relationship and they’ve just booked a holiday to Turkey”
