Well, it’s SORT of real. While the baby did make the movement in the womb, it seems that it was set up to keep in time with the music thanks to a bit of ultrasound rewinding. Mum Jen Cardinal wrote on YouTube:
The experience is one I’ll never forget. The baby clapped three times, then the doctor rewound and scrubbed it while we sang. No mystery. It was amazing.
