Banshee Bones are gone from shops forever and things will never be the same

BANSHEE BONES WERE up there in the grand pantheon of classic Irish crisps along with Meanies, Chickatees and Burger Bites.
But sadly they are officially no more.
Largo Foods – the manufacturers of Banshee Bones – confirmed to DailyEdge.ie that the beloved crisps are “unfortunately no longer available.”
There has been some confusion over where they have went recently – with some still being spotted as recently as this month
But all hope that they would be sticking around is dashed now. Still, we should remember them as they were – one of Ireland’s finest ever salt and vinegar snacks.
Banshee Bones’ fans were dedicated and loyal
They had such a unique flavour – which surely won’t be replicated again
One of the quintessential tastes of Irish childhood
