GOOD COFFEE CAN be hard to come by.
Fortunately for those who live in Dublin, things have improved dramatically over the past couple of years with tons of excellent coffee shops setting up stall.
Here are some of the best.
1. Kaph, Drury Street
It’s only been open since 2013, but Kaph has quickly established itself as one of Dublin’s go-to coffee spots. With its hip interiors and excellent coffee, it’s easy to see why.
They also make a mean matcha latte, if that’s your kind of thing.
2. Coffee Angel
As its name suggests, Coffee Angel’s coffee output is like heaven in a cup. With five branches across the city, you have no excuse for not popping in.
3. 3fe, Lower Grand Canal Street
Since launching in 2009, 3FE has transformed itself into a mini java empire. From its humble beginnings in the Twisted Pepper, it has grown into one of the country’s eminent coffee roasters.
If you love coffee, you’ll love 3FE.
4. Nick’s Coffee, Ranelagh
This tiny coffee bar is the perfect place to nip into if you’re craving a coffee fix as you go for a stroll through Ranelagh. Not only does it do superb coffees, but it’s also highly reasonable with all coffees under €3.
As if all that weren’t enough, they do free hot drinks for over 65s.
