Bill Clinton is roaming the streets of Dublin in the storm like an absolute rebel
BILL CLINTON IS being honoured at Dublin City University (DCU) tomorrow with an honorary doctorate.
Niall Carson Niall Carson
Clinton, the 42nd President who served between 1993 and 2001, will be presented with the honour in recognition of his leadership in building and consolidating peace and reconciliation on the island of Ireland.
He chose some week to fly in though, in fairness.
Not that he’s letting that stop him though. It would take more than a storm to stop Bill hitting the shops.
Willie met Hillary’s husband on O’Connell Street earlier.
Naturally, everyone is very concerned for his well-being.
The ceremony tomorrow will see Clinton honoured alongside social campaigner Sr Stanislaus Kennedy who has challenged social inequality in Ireland, particularly in the area of homelessness, over the last number of decades.
