There's a new purple Tangle Twister on sale in Ireland -- here's what you need to know

SUMMER IS JUST around the corner and you know what that means — ICE-CREAM!

In that spirit, HB has just announced what new ice-creams will be coming to a shop freezer near you. Feast Snack Bar, Calippo Cola, Solero Red Berry and the Mint Cornetto are just some of the ice-creams Irish people will be enjoying this summer.

The most exciting new ice-cream to enter the Irish market, though? That would be the Blackcurrant Twister.

BEHOLD.

A purple Twister? What a time to be alive.

The Max Twister, which retails for €1, is blackcurrant-flavoured with strawberry ice and vanilla ice-cream.

Here it is in all its gloopy glory.

So, it is any use? We conducted a quick taste test in the DailyEdge.ie office and one taster compared it to being like “Ribena ice-cream on a stick”.
