Blake Lively filmed some of her new movie on Talbot Street yesterday... it's The Dredge
EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.
Whoops!
We couldn't find this Tweet
Blake Lively was pretty unrecognisable as she filmed her 2019 movie The Rhythm Section on Dublin’s Talbot Street yesterday afternoon.
The Rhythm Section is a new female spy film, made by the people behind the Bond movies and The Handmaid’s Tale director Reed Morano.
30-year-old Lively will star as assassin Stephanie Patrick in the film, whose life is destroyed after her family die in a plane crash. She finds out that the crash was not an accident and sets out for revenge.
Lively was a bit less glamorous than usual in her Jansport backpack, huge coat and blue beanie, smoking a cigarette outside a kebab shop called Burger Hut.
Blake and husband Ryan Reynolds have rented an apartment in South Dublin where they’ll stay with their kids while she films in Ireland. (Goss.ie)
Ireland’s most beloved eyelash mogul Suzanne Jackson has expressed that she would certainly be up for competing on Dancing With The Stars.
The beauty and fashion blogger behind SOSU Lashes told the Irish Mirror that she’s hooked on the RTÉ programme and would love to give it a go. She told the paper that she has 17 years of Irish dancing behind her, so she’s probably well able for it.
That explains the Irish dancing at her wedding anyway. The Mirror pressed Suzanne on whether or not she’d like to work on TV. The 32-year-old insisted that she’d do it for the right show (I’m a Celebrity, Strictly or Dancing With The Stars), but she has turned down other offers in the past. (Irish Mirror)
Chrissy Teigen left a waitress a pretty hefty tip while dining at Outback Steakhouse in Ohio.
Few people wouldn’t want to serve Chrissy Teigen at work. She seems extremely down to earth and is also pretty hilarious. Waitress Mikayla Scott told Dayton Daily News about how Teigen, her daughter Luna and four others came in for dinner before the restaurant closed last week.
The bill came to $193, and Chrissy left Mikayla a tip of $1,000 – almost 500% more than the recommended 20%. (Dayton Daily News)
And the rest of the day’s dirt…
