WE MAY STILL be firmly in the grips of Dry January, but that doesn’t mean the streets are quiet on a Friday night.
Last night, a band in Temple Bar were performing Born To Be Wild when two women started throwing shapes on the cobblestones.
They were quickly joined by others keen to get in on the act.
Soon there was basically a full-blown céilí going on.
Before they knew where they were, a giant circle had formed and people were dancing like nobody was watching. All the while, the band continued to rock out.
A group of people moshing on the streets at 2am? Only in Dublin.

BTW, look at the size of the crowd!
Amazing.
