IT’S THE FIRST of February, which means it’s the first day of Spring, which meeeeans, it’s St. Brigid’s Day.

The making of a St. Brigid’s cross was a staple in an Irish school-kid’s arts and craft obligations, with the big question on everyone’s lips when January started to fade out… what method would it be?
