Bryan Cranston has been cast in the new Superman film
BREAKING BAD WILL soon come to an end, which means Bryan Cranston is going to have some time on his hands.
His time on the series has transformed him, in most people’s eyes, from goofy lovable Hal in Malcolm in the Middle, to the dark and villainous Walter White.
Thus, it seems apt that he has reportedly been cast as Lex Luthor in the forthcoming sequel to Man of Steel.
According to reports, he has signed a deal which will include six appearances. In other words, he’ll play the character in several films across the DC Comics franchise.
Other actors who have portrayed Lex Luthor include Gene Hackman and Kevin Spacey.
Bryan Cranston is the second big name to be associated with the sequel to Man of Steel, following on from the announcement of Ben Affleck as the new Batman last week.
