BUNSEN IS WIDELY considered by all logical people to be the best burger in Dublin.
Look at it.
Its ridiculously simple menu and monster portions make up most of its appeal – so much so they they’ve opened two more branches on top of the original Wexford Street outlet to cater for demand.
And now Cork people can get in on the action. Bunsen announced on its Facebook page yesterday evening that they’re coming south:
“We are opening in Cork this weekend! Anyone around to sample free burgers??”
DailyEdge.ie has contacted Bunsen for more specific information, but from that post alone we can tell:
- They’re opening *something* in Cork this weekend (whether that be a permanent restauarnt or some form of pop up)
- It looks like it’ll be on French Church Street in the city centre
- Some quantity of free burgers will be available
Imagine the queues.
The Facebook post was very well received – with over 1,500 likes so far, as Bunsen enthusiasts in the Rebel County and those who want to alert their friends of the imminent arrival were loving it.
And who could blame them
Prepare yourselves for the little business card menus of pure deliciousness
Cork, it’s time to gorge
