Is there a camel on the loose in Tallaght?
OH, NOTHING TO see here, just a CAMEL running around a field in Tallaght, Dublin.
The image popped up on Twitter last night and Reddit this morning, when the roaming camel was spotted running around a green beside a housing estate.
Naturally, people were a tad taken aback.
But is it REALLY a lone camel, escaped from its natural habitat to set up camp in a Dublin suburb?
The most probable explanation is that it belongs to a circus, IDed as setting up in the Firhouse area just off Parklands Avenue, and just roamed a little too far from home.

Of course, it’s not the first time a camel has escaped, a couple were found legging it around Finglas last year causing traffic chaos.
