INSTAGRAM IS OF course a haven for beauty lovers, but the even more personal Snapchat is starting to catch up.

Dublin makeup artist Chloe Boucher has earned thousands of fans on Facebook, Insta and YouTube thanks to her Kardashian levels of glam.

She’s never not perfectly coiffed and contoured, and her looks are always #goals:
