Astronaut Chris Hadfield plays with The Chieftains again...on Earth
ASTRONAUT CHRIS HADFIELD is known for his love of music almost as much as he is for his time as commander of the International Space Station.
During his trip to Ireland last weekend, he made full use of his musical talents.
Newstalk brought Cmdr Hadfield and The Chieftains together on Saturday to perform Moondance for the first time on Earth - the Canadian astronaut previously performed the song with the group in March, while he was still aboard the ISS.

Hadfield also stopped in to chat with Ryan Tubridy on the Late Late Show, where he played his version of David Bowie’s Space Oddity. The man never stops.
