This new Dublin café is every chocoholic's dream come true

Design your own chocolate bar. Because you’re worth it.

SWEET LOVERS ARE really spoiled for choice in Dublin these days, between these decadent milkshakes and now, a brand new chocolate café.

Tipperary man Martin Ryan has transformed the beautiful old Standard Life building on O’Connell Street into Coco Bó, an ice cream parlour, chocolate factory and coffee hub, all in one.

There are ice cream sundaes and delicious cakes, sure – but what’ll really get chocoholics going is the opportunity to design their own chocolate bars.

(Check out our Snapchat – @dailyedge – today for a look at the process.)

For €4.95, you can choose three ingredients from a list including marshmallows, jelly beans, Cheerios, and Rice Krispies, then mix them up with your favourite chocolate.

While you’re waiting for your bar to set, you can stare, mesmerised, at the melted chocolate taps:

In the coming months, the rest of the house will be opened up for a chocolate-themed tour, with special tasting rooms and an insight into the history of the treat.

For now, content yourselves with chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate.
