The word 'sh*thead' came up on Countdown and they blocked it out with the poo emoji
COUNTDOWN WILL ALWAYS be close to the hearts of afternoon telly watchers, as there’s pretty much nothing else on at that time.
And yesterday there was a moment to perk up the usually sedate competition. After a letter round, both the contestants plucked out seven letter words.
But dictionary corner had spotted an eight
“We apologise in advance for this one, it’s in the dictionary – we’re only saying it because it gets you one letter further… but sh*thead”
And they used the poo emoji to censor it out
Some people at home had already spotted it
If there was a swearing version of Countdown they would nail it
