SO HERE’S THE set-up. This guy was sold a faulty lightbulb and he wasn’t happy about it.
Instead of merely moaning on their Facebook, he complained and they asked him to send him a video of the fault.
He did that. But really, he did so much more.

As noted in an update under the video’s description, the light bulb manufacterer LIFX have agreed to ship him out a new one, which is currently on its way.
