THE PHIBSBORO CAT Rescue is a group of volunteers in Dublin that care for and rehome cats and kittens in the capital.
Since they began in 2014, they have helped over 700 cats and kittens in the area.
And now they’re building them a new home
They’ve set up a crowdfunding page, and are all set to regenerate this small area of land into an urban garden and centre for supplies
Their Facebook page, of course, is packed with adorable kittens
But it also shows the great work that the organisation does to help so many of them – like Tigger and Dubh here
The group only launched their campaign last week, and have already raised over €2000 – working towards the goal of €10,000.
They outline how the donations will help with the centre:
The annual rent is going to be €5,000. At the moment all of our available money, which comes solely from donations from our kind-hearted supporters, goes towards neutering/spaying costs and medical care of our cats and kittens. By supporting this campaign, we will have that rent secure for an entire year and continue to use all the other donations we receive from the public to care for the cats and kittens of north and central Dublin.
Fair play to all the fosterers that take them in
Who post wonderful videos like this on to their page <3
Good luck with the building guys <3
