Dapper Laughs returned to Twitter today, but how did the internet react?
LAST YEAR, DANNY O’Reilly was forced to retire his comedic alter ego Dapper Laughs following a massive internet backlash against his brand of laddish humour that saw his ITV2 show On The Pull cancelled.
A few weeks ago, O’Reilly released a video that hinted at the character’s return and it seems that he is living up to that promise.
This afternoon, he tweeted this:
Oh great.
As you might expect, Twitter hasn’t really adhere to Dapper’s request to “be gentle”.
Whoops!

However, the comedian’s return has also been warmly welcomed by many fans.
What the comedian has in store for his return or whether he will resume touring remains unclear.
He did post this Vine on Monday, which features him ogling Page 3 model Rae and saying, “I wouldn’t kick her out of bed if she farted” only to turn around and discover a scantily clad woman on his bed farting.
Oh, the hilarity.
