Here's how one woman is brilliantly calling out sexist double standards on Twitter

#shirtlessshamers2016 is taking off.

ONE WOMAN’S QUEST in 2016 to call out double standards by some on social media has really taken off this week.

It’s a simple premise, really:

Lindsey, who goes by @CardsAgstHrsmt on Twitter, has been putting the spotlight on guys who are REALLY opposed to women putting up revealing selfies – but have no problem uploading their own shirtless photos.

So she started the hashtag #shirtlessshamers2016 to highlight the extreme, obvious double standard. She takes the shaming status and puts it right next to a shirtless photo from elsewhere

And it’s taking off

It seems it’s not that hard to find people who don’t take their own advice personally

Her comments about them contain serious burns too

And now she is capping it to just one per day – hoping that she won’t reach 365 this year

But let’s face it, she probably will

The satisfaction is obvious

She’s won this one hands down, anyway.
