Drake very much enjoyed his kiss with Madonna, actually... It's the Dredge

So much filth.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt from the top to the very bottom.

Drake wants everyone to know that he very much enjoyed his kiss with Madonna, thank you. The pop legend lobbed the gob on Drake on stage at Coachella, and much was made of his seemingly disgusted reaction:

In an Instagram post, the rapper insisted that he adored the snog and would like to do it again and again, actually:

Don’t misinterpret my shock! I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel *100 emoji* about that forever. Thank you Madonna.

Fair enough, Drake.

Speaking of Coachella – poor old Florence Welch managed to break her foot leaping off the stage during her performance at the festival. Thankfully, the Machine is OK.

Welch posted an x-ray of the offending trotter on Instagram, saying:

Unfortunately, while this heals, my performances will have to be somewhat stripped back. I’m so sorry, I’m pretty devastated, but I still want to do the shows. By the time Glastonbury rolls around I should be back on my feet.

Hi everyone, I'm so sorry to say, that after what was one of my favourite shows ever at Coachella, I have discovered I have broken my foot from leaping off the stage. Unfortunately while this heals, my performances will have to be somewhat stripped back. I'm so sorry, I'm pretty devastated, but I still want to do the shows. I understand this is not what you were expecting, but I hope its just as enjoyable. I'm going to try and make it super special for you. By the time Glastonbury rolls around I should be back on my feet. This album was so much about making something from what was broken, so lets see what we can do with this. All my love, Florence. ouhoh ouhoh

Feel better soon, Flo!

The live-action cast of Beauty and the Beast are hanging out together, looking beautiful. Emma Watson will be assuming her true form as Disney Princess Belle, while Downton Abbey’s Cousin Matthew (AKA Dan Stevens) will play the Beast.

Can't wait for you to be our guest. joshgad joshgad

Josh Gad (Lefou), Luke Evans (Gaston) and Kevin Kline (playing Belle’s father, Maurice) round out the cute photo – but the most exciting news is that Sir Ian McKellen has been cast as the uptight clock Cogsworth. IT JUST MAKES SENSE. (The Guardian)

And the rest of the day’s celebrity dirt…

  • Jake Gyllenhaal is taking to the stage as Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors. (TIME)
  • Tom Hanks’ wife Rita Wilson has had a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer. (Jezebel)
  • Rihanna did not take rumours of her doing cocaine lying down. (DailyEdge.ie)
  • Kylie Jenner is still denying she’s had any plastic surgery. Mmhmm (BuzzFeed)
  • Diss Angela Lansbury and we will come for you, Daily Mail. (DailyEdge.ie)
