Drunk man steals bulldozer, learns why you don't drunk-drive a bulldozer
A DRUNK MAN decided to steal a bulldozer to get home and ended up destroying a public park, according to police.
Thirty-year-old Christopher Russell, from New Jersey, left behind a path of destruction as he tried to manoeuvre the bulldozer through West Hudson Park.
He accidentally levelled signs, three benches, a tree and a drinking fountain. And left a maze of tracks in the grass.
News 12 reporter Ranji Sinha tweeted this photo of the crime scene tape:
Harrison Police captain Mike Green told the Jersey Journal that Russell told officers he was “cold” and wanted to drive home.
Russell was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident and theft of the bulldozer.
