CATS ARE LITTLE rascals.
One such messer managed to land himself in the River Liffey today and had to be rescued by the Dublin Fire Brigade and the DSPCA.
The cat fell into the water, but managed to swim to a ledge at the edge
When approached, it did NOT want to be rescued
We were able to assist @DublinSPCA this morning on the #Liffey with the retrieval of a stranded cat at Burgh Quay. Tara St firefighters..1/2 pic.twitter.com/xiC3uxZgpC
