This Dublin taxi driver belted out a jingle when he heard his passenger worked in advertising
WHEN IT COMES to taxi journeys in Dublin, more often than not it’s the passengers in the back that are belting out the tunes (on a Saturday night, at least).
But this Dublin taxi driver breaks all the rules.
Yesterday, when he heard Jen Walsh worked in advertising – and more specifically on a project for Tesco Ireland – he couldn’t help himself come up with a little jingle:

Wonderful lyrics, too:
Kudos for the very Irish use of “Tescos” as well.
As Lovin’ Dublin discovered, he claimed he could make a song about anything – and wanted to prove himself. So he showed some impressive lyrical dexterity.
There’s a job in the jingle industry for him yet, surely.
