And it looks like Ed has got a little extra romance out of the friendship thanks to an age-old classic situation: mutuals.

In an interview with Rolling Stone (in which he’s the cover star) Ed discussed meeting Taylor’s famous squad of friends when supporting her on the 2013 Red Tour:

I was this 22-year-old awkward British kid going on tour with the biggest artist in America, who has all these famous mates.

He then says he hooked up with some of them, in what Rolling Stone calls a “romantically prolific period”:

It was very easy. I would often find myself in situations just kind of waking up and looking over and being like, ‘How the f— did that happen?’

Kim Kardashian casually took the piss out of her detractors on Snapchat last night by posting an outrageously distorted full body shot.
