YESTERDAY WAS THE second big night of Electric Picnic 2014. Here’s how it went, according to the tweets emanating from a field in Laois.

Some people were still recovering from the night before.

Others took a wander around the merchandise stands.

The toilets were beginning to show the strain.

Hozier blew everyone away on the main stage.

There was widespread disagreement about RTE Two’s Picnic coverage. We’ve summed it up in these two tweets.

Portishead delighted everyone who lived through the 1990s.

And then Chic took the stage and absolutely lifted the roof off. Nile Rodgers tweeted this photo afterwards:

Later on, there was a bit of a rave.
