Emily Ratajkowski paid a visit to a cancer support house in Cork after being invited for tea

An offer she couldn’t refuse

EARLIER THIS WEEK, Emily Ratajkowski was having a bit of a ‘mare with Aer Lingus over her lost luggage.

“Thanks @Schiphol airport & @AerLingus for losing my bag, lying to me repeatedly, never picking up the phone & still not delivering,” she said in a now-deleted tweet.

There was speculation the actress was flying to Ireland, but her social media revealed little to nothing about her exact whereabouts.

Well, as it turns out, Emily was in Ireland – visiting Cork ARC Cancer Support House in Bantry.

Cork ARC Cancer Support House is “a safe haven for people with cancer and their families”, offering services such as yoga and pilates classes, counselling services and massages.

Established in 2015, the facility is now open two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, in Bantry.

Hillary Sullivan, Head of Fundraising, said Emily was invited as she is a regular visitor to West Cork.

Noting that Emily was “very impressed” with the house, Hilary added:

She liked the fact that we were local to the area, and thought it was very important that have those kind of services available to people.”

As well as that, Emily joined the volunteers for tea and coffee after her tour.

Fair play Emily!
