Eminem fans given a safety checklist by concert organisers

The Dos and Don’ts of going to Slane Castle…

AHEAD OF THIS weekend’s Eminem gig at Slane Castle, organisers MCD have taken out full-page advertisements to appeal to fans to behave – and dress – appropriately.

The list of ‘Dos and Do Nots’ was published, in conjunction with gardaí, with the heading ‘Your Safety’ in national newspapers.

Concert-goers have been told that anybody who arrives to the event intoxicated will be refused entry and that there will be a “zero tolerance” policy regarding alcohol consumption in public areas and other anti-social behaviours.

They have also asked ticket-holders to “dress appropriately” and “always be prepared for the Irish weather” with Wellington boots.

The rap artist plays Slane Castle on Saturday.
