IT’S OFFICIAL: CHANNEL 4′s First Dates is changing lives. Why, we already have our first First Dates wedding.

In the last episode, we were introduced to Scott and Victoria, who got on like a house on fire on their date – Channel 4 later revealed that three weeks after meeting on the show, the pair moved in together.

Well now, they’re getting married.

In an interview with the Mirror UK, the couple said that after the cameras stopped rolling, they stayed out all night getting to know each other.

The very next day, Scott went round to Victoria’s mum’s house for dinner:

After that I said we should be sensible and not see each other for a bit, but that only lasted for two days.

The couple was invited back on to the show for this week’s episode, where Scott decided to propose to Victoria out of the blue with a Haribo ring.

They plan on getting married next year, and Scott says they’re looking forward to showing their future children their first date:

Hopefully in years to come we’ll have our first date to watch, but we’ll also have the proposal and we can show it to our kids in the future.

Right, we’re off to buy a hat. *dabs eyes*
