The sci-fi series is set to return on Saturday, August 23rd.
The release comes after the leak of a rough edit of the first episode online over the weekend. Previous to this, six scripts from series eight were leaked the week before.
BBC Worldwide told the Radio Times that they are investigating the leaks.
