That’s what a billion euro in rent will get you in Clondalkin these days.

The house in Woodford Downs has already been let, with a note on the Daft.ie ad telling interested parties that it is “not available, deposit taken”.

How much was the deposit? Two billion? Plus fifty for bins?

The cool billion also gets you a “combi boiler for instant hot water”?

No immersion? Priceless.
