A HOST OF IRISH FILM AND TELEVISION talent turned out for the eight annual Irish Film and Television Awards last night in Dublin.
Martin McCann took the Lead Actor award for his film Swansong, while Rewind’s Amy Huberman took Lead Actress.
Domhnall Gleeson, son of actor Brendan Gleeson, came away with two awards: the Rising Star award, and Lead Actor for the TV production When Harvey Met Bob.
TV presenter Lottie Ryan collected the Factual Programme award for Operation Transformation on behalf of her late father Gerry Ryan.
Producer Morgan O’Sullivan received the Outstanding Contribution to Industry Award in recognition of his dedication to the Irish entertainment industry. Irish projects involving O’Sullivan have included The Tudors, Braveheart, PS I Love You, and Angela’s Ashes.
