The Gardaí are in a spot of bother after posting this 'sexist' tweet
USUALLY WHEN THE Garda Traffic Twitter account posts a joke, it hits the mark, but last night it ruffled feathers with this tweet about a road traffic accident on the M50.
It’s not clear if the intent of the tweet was to poke fun at female drivers, but people immediately started questioning just why the Gardaí would ask its Twitter followers to guess the driver’s gender.
Some even pointed to the tweet as evidence of “systemic sexism” in the Gardaí.
