The queue in Dundalk last week. Pat O'Shaughnessy

Yes, Garth Brooks fans are queuing for tickets once again

I could have missed the rain…

IT’S NOT QUITE on the scale of last week’s queuing, but once again Garth Brooks fans are trying to make sure they get their hands on tickets.

His fourth Croke Park date goes on sale tomorrow morning at 9am and already dozens of fans are braving the elements to secure tickets.

Killarney

DailyEdge.ie contacted the INEC in Killarney where around 20 people are queuing at the Ticketmaster outlet there.

Some of those die hard fans have been there since yesterday morning.

This was the rainfall radar for Killarney in the past couple of hours. Ouch:

Galway

A spokesperson for Zhivago in Galway told us that there are three or four people in the queue on Shop Street, but that it’s not raining there at the moment.

Maybe Máire is one of them:

Limerick

A spokesperson for Gleeson Sport Scene in Limerick told DailyEdge.ie that there’s a handful of people queuing for tickets there.

Garth Brooks did say earlier this week that Limerick fans would get special treatment after some issues with the Ticketmaster system there last week.

However Steve Gleeson, who runs the Ticketmaster kiosk in the Limerick store has warned fans that it’s not a certainty that the city will be allocated any more tickets.

He told Live 95FM that the shop will have an engineer in place tomorrow morning to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
