Poor Ed. His bid to build a chapel in his back garden has been rejected.
Ed was hoping to build a 32ft tall Saxon chapel on his Suffolk estate, but had the application rejected by the local council. They claimed the chapel was too big for the size of the dwelling, and the neighbours were only delighted.
Ed, of course, is engaged to his girlfriend Cherry Seaborn, but it looks like they won’t be having the service out the back garden any time soon.
