Ghost to be made into a television series
YOU’RE SINGING UNCHAINED Melody right now, aren’t you?
Ghost, the movie known for making mams everywhere cry buckets of salty tears, is coming to the small screen.
According to TIME magazine, Paramount is working on a pilot with paranormal drama veterans and ‘Fringe’ writers Akiva Goldsman and Jeff Pinkner.
Little details are known yet as to the plot, or whether any of the characters from the movie will show up.
The original 1990 movie starred Patrick Swayze as a murdered man who’s body haunts the world seeking revenge and a final goodbye with his wife, played by Demi Moore.
It’s probably best know for the pottery wheel scene. Let’s remind ourselves.
The news comes after the launch of Paramount’s new television division, in an attempt to turn old cinematic classics into TV hits.
