A FOUR-YEAR-OLD girl had the adventure of a lifetime earlier this week when she decided to leave her house in the middle of the night in search of a slushie.
The little girl from Philadelphia grabbed her purple raincoat, slipped out of her house at 3am, and hopped on a bus.
The bus driver on duty says the girl swung her legs in a seat and chanted: “All I want is a slushie!”
According to police, the girl’s family did not realise she had woken up, unlocked the back door and headed out into the rain early on Friday morning. They found nothing amiss in the house, and have no plans to file charges.
Bus driver Harlan Jenifer, a father of three, says he was scared for the girl but found her little adventure amusing.
He immediately called the police, who took the girl to a hospital, where she was reunited with her mother.
But the most important question has not been answered: Did she get her slushie?
