This is what happens when Irish users search 'cesspit' in Google Maps
TWO DAYS AGO, it was reported by i100 that London-based users who typed “cesspit” into Google Maps were being directed to 10 Downing Street.
The gaffe was attributed to user edits and Google told i100 that it would be removed shortly.
Well, it seems that some Irish tricksters heard about this little prank and decided to pull off something similar.
Now, when Irish users search for “the cesspit” in Google Maps, this is the first result that pops up.
Oh, we see what you did there.
