YOU MIGHT HAVE wondered where the animated illustrations come from every week on the Great British Bake Off.

The artist behind them is Tom Hovey, and he’s been expertly drawing the prospective baking challenges since the show started in 2010.

And now he’s behind the official GBBO colouring book

Which takes famous challenges from down the years and allows adults to colour them in – like the bread lion from last year

As Nerdist reported yesterday:

The book contains 90 illustrations of memorable Signature, Technical and Showstopper bakes.

And Nadia’s famous Showstopper peacock too

It’s released on September 22 and finally got its Amazon homepage this week - and people are getting excited
