A COUPLE OF weeks back, Guinness introduced us an official new recipe: Guinness and biscuit ice cream

They shared the how-to video on their Facebook page – and people lapped it up.

Now it’s gone viral in Australia too

You start off with some chocolate biscuits and, naturally, some Guinness

Then add maple syrup, condensed milk and more Guinness.

Add in double cream and freeze for four hours
