EVERYONE IS AWARE of the wonderful creation that is the humble ice cream float.
But never before have we seen it matched up with our beloved Guinness.
So behold, this Imgur user’s creation that has gone viral:
User xxPikaPikachuxx admits that they are not the first to make the Guinness float – but they make a very convincing case why we should attempt to manufacture some ourselves:
Who doesn’t love stouts? You like Guinness? You like ice cream? Of course you do. One of the most heavenly concoctions that have dared to satiate my palate. Chocolate + beer + whipped cream + Jameson + caramel = only good outcomes
Perhaps that is why it’s been viewed over 350,000 times overnight – it looks delish.
Helpfully enough, they also provide a full recipe for it as well.
Going by the scant evidence online, this would appear to be a US take on some classic Irish alcoholic ingredients
