EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt – from the top to the very bottom.
Niall Horan recruited some of his bandmates for a charity football match yesterday, but one was more interested in pulling some pranks than playing ball. The Niall Horan Charity Football Challenge was held at the King Power Stadium, home of Leicester City Football Club. All proceeds went to the Irish Austim Action and Hearts and Minds Challenge in the UK.
Bandmates Louis, Liam and Harry as well as Ronan Keating and Keith Duffy’s son Jay were on hand to play for Niall’s team against rival Piers Morgan’s lot.
Harry scored a goal.
But it certainly wasn’t his biggest achievement, as he yanked Morgan’s shorts down in front of a crowd of screaming girls. Way harsh.

The presenter took it well, if left a little cold.
Tut tut Harry, you should know how it feels.
Macauley Culkin was booed off stage during a gig at Rock City in Nottingham. The former child star is now part of a pizza-themed band, aptly named The Pizza Underground. No, really.
They actually change the lyrics of well-known songs to reflect their love of pizza. Magic.
The collective covered the Lou Reed classic It’s a Pizza Day and handed out slices to the audience, but it just wasn’t enough. According to the Nottingham Post, one audience member said:
It just sounds awful. I can’t believe he is doing this. Why bother? It must go down well in America or something.
Soon booze and boos were being thrown everywhere, and Culkin stormed off stage after just 15 minutes.
Aw, Macaulay. More pizza for you.
Turns out, losing the rag in a lift could be the best thing Solange ever did for her career. Beyoncé’s little sister was the centre of some major controversy when she was caught on a security camera giving Jay Z a piece of her mind, and foot.
However, instead of damaging her career it’s given her music sales a massive boost. In the past week, the singer has sold 2,000 tracks, up from 600 the week before.
Is the video to blame? We’ll it couldn’t have hurt. (The Mirror)
