IN CASE ANY of you were sleeping under a rock, last week Hozier announced that he’d be performing three live rehearsal shows this September before heading off on his North American tour. Because he’s an all round good egg, the proceeds from these gigs will be going to three charities; The Peter McVerry Trust, Safe Ireland and One In Four.
I'm delighted to announce three very special live rehearsal shows in @academydublin with all proceeds going to @SafeIreland, @oneinfourirish & @PMVtrust. I'm also very happy to perform a special show for @WarChildUK at @KOKOLondon. For full details visit https://t.co/IdE4mSlIEh pic.twitter.com/k8ONq9Ocid

Naturally, because it’s Hozier, excitement for the gigs was pretty intense with people eager to get their hands on tickets as soon as they went on sale this morning.
Hope hozier enjoys the chaos he's about to unleash

However, it seems like a lot of fans were left wanting as the tickets seemed to sell out pretty quickly. That being said, at the time of writing neither Ticketmaster nor Hozier himself have confirmed if the gigs have sold out but when you search for them on Ticketmaster, there doesn’t appear to be any.

Some people got very lucky.
I got Hozier tickets. Oh my God, I'm so excited I feel sick.

But most people were just pissed off.
I did not get up this early to Not get hozier tickets >:(

I just want to know if hozier is sold out or not! Free me from this refreshing hell

How...can the Hozier tickets be gone...
— Áine 🇵🇸 (@himynameisaine) August 17, 2018
Especially when tickets started turning up on other websites.
There are some very sad people in this world. Selling 2 tickets for €75 each when all proceeds are meant to be going to charity and people really wanted them. This shouldnt be allowed @Hozier pic.twitter.com/79jyPz9HHt

One fan, in particular, took it very hard.
If anyone has any possible way to get me a ticket for ANY of the Hozier dates I will honestly owe you my life. I could not be a bigger Hozier fan, I literally spend my free time making tapped photoshops of us together, I am heartbroken. please RT 😭 #ticketfairy pic.twitter.com/q5ryBQ5iJj

A fair few fans resigned themselves to the fact they won’t get the see the Bray man in action.
was gonna get a ticket to @hozier but now will just have to buy drugs with the money

Crossing my fingers and toes that @Hozier pops up somewhere at @EPfestival like he has done in other years

At least it's, you know, HOZIER, it's not like he won't be back. He's from Bray.

At least he’ll be releasing new music soon right?
Do you know how much the quality of my life would improve if hozier released new music
