A Galway comedian pulled off the most culchie version of 'I Took a Pill in Ibiza'
IF THERE IS one song that has dominated the Irish charts in 2016 it’s the remix of Mike Posner’s I Took A Pill In Ibiza.
It’s absolutely everywhere – but yesterday a contender came on the market in the shape of Sir Stevo Timothy’s very Galway version as his character Farmer Michael:
“I Took Some Silage Down in Loughrea”

The full version has been on Facebook for less than 24 hours, but it’s already been watched over 300,000 times. He’s been working on it for a couple of weeks now, as per his Facebook page, and now it’s perfected.
And the lyrics are absolutely glam:
“I took some silage down in Loughrea, to show the farmers I’m no fool”

“I got plenty of money in the bank, and a new slurry tank and sittin’ in the bar at a shtool”
Facebook Facebook
“I’m livin’ up in Galway, where the fairy boys drink their wine. I got a good cut of land, some money in my hand and my pants is held up with twine”

*round of applause*
